Custom Home, Renovations, and Additions Process

One

Call to Set-up a Free In-person consultation

Two

We will come out to see the space to discuss the Budget and Project

Three

We will then send a range of the project cost in 1-2 weeks

Four

After the range has been approved we will then bring in tradesmen for specifics on the project to give you a final quote

Five

Once quote is approved we schedule the project

Six

Prior to the scheduled date we will then require a 5-10% deposit

Moisture Remediation Process

  • Call to Set Up A Consultation
  • We will schedule a visit to to determine the next steps on the issue
  • After reviewing we will assist in contracting an engineer to do the moisture test
  • We will then prepare a quote based off engineer findings
